MINI CHICKEN POTPIES!!!


 

This is the simplest chicken potpie recipe ever! I made this for my roommates and they loved it. It is quick even very easy.

Ingredients
  Pack of biscuits 
Precooked Chicken Shredded, about 2 cups (more if you want more meat)
Pack of frozen mixed veggies
One can of Cream of mushroom soup
Salt,Pepper
Butter
Muffin Pan
Shredded Cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit instructions
  2. Butter the inside of the muffin pan
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the chicken, veggies, seasoning, and soup
  4. Dont make the soup too watery by adding a whole can of water. Use about a forth of the can and mix well
  5. Open the biscuits and flatten them out (If you don't have a rolling pin, the side of a glass will do)
  6. Place the biscuit in the muffin pan so it makes a cup shape and comes over the top a little
  7. Using a tablespoon, Scoop your chicken mix into the center of the biscuit cups and close the biscuit up with the remainder of the dough that was coming over the top and sprinkle the top with cheese.
  8. Bake for as long as the biscuits say.  Since the chicken is already cooked you don't have to worry about the chicken being undercooked
  9. Take out the oven when they are golden
DONE!! That was so simple right? Now you have an awesome meal that feeds 4 and looks impressive.
